• Established our area of work.

• Built roads & foot trails in the tiger reserve area.

• Some of the ex-poachers undertake daily patrolling duty.

• Illicit tree felling has been stopped to a large extent.

• Organized frequent raids in forest and villages based on information mainly to stop use of wildlife for trade or for personal use.

• Conservation awareness programmes & exhibitions have been organized in villages.
